Marketplace & Trading

Buy, sell, and trade the cards you pull on the oripa.cards secondary market.

When you pull a card, you own the NFT that represents it. Claiming the physical card and selling it back to the platform are not your only options — you can also buy, sell, and trade cards directly with other players on the Marketplace.

Every Marketplace transaction settles on-chain and is final once completed. You are trading real ownership of vaulted, graded cards, not screenshots.

Selling a Card

To sell, list one of your cards for a price in USDC. Your listing appears on the Marketplace for any other player to buy.

  • A listing is a binding offer to sell at your listed price.
  • You can cancel a listing at any time before someone buys it.
  • When a buyer purchases your card, the sale executes on-chain and ownership transfers to them. Completed sales are final and cannot be reversed.
  • A platform fee is taken from the sale proceeds. The fee is shown before you confirm.

Buying a Card

Browse what other players have listed and buy any card at its listed price. Payment is made in USDC from your wallet, the card's NFT transfers to you on-chain, and the card is now yours — claim it, hold it, relist it, or trade it.

If a card you want is not listed, or is listed higher than you want to pay, you can make an offer (a bid) in USDC. The owner can accept your offer to complete the sale. To make an offer you need enough spendable USDC in your wallet to cover it.

Browsing the Market

The Marketplace shows every card that is live across the platform — not just the ones currently for sale. For each card you can see whether it is listed, the asking price, and indicative market pricing for reference.

This pricing is informational only. It is drawn from internal calculations and third-party sources, and it is not a guarantee of value or of a sale. Markets move; treat these numbers as a reference point, not a promise.

Trading Cards

Beyond buying and selling for USDC, you can swap cards directly with another player — a straight barter, card for card.

  • A swap can include multiple cards on each side, so you can trade a bundle for a bundle.
  • You can add USDC to one side to balance a trade when the two sets are not worth the same.
  • Start a trade from another player's profile with Propose a trade, then agree on the cards (and any USDC) that change hands.
  • The other player can accept your proposed swap to execute it on-chain.

A platform fee applies only to the USDC portion of a trade. A pure card-for-card swap with no USDC has no fee.

Listed or Shipping — Never Both

A card can be listed on the Marketplace or out for shipping, but never both at the same time. If you have requested shipment of a card, you cannot list it until that request is resolved, and vice versa. This prevents a card from being sold out from under a pending delivery.

Fees, Finality, and Disputes

  • Fees are charged on the USDC leg of a sale or swap only — never on a card itself.
  • Finality. On-chain transactions cannot be reversed by us once completed.
  • Pricing errors. We may cancel transactions that result from obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or exploits, returning funds to the respective parties where technically feasible.
  • Disputes. If you believe a transaction involved fraud, misrepresentation, or a platform error, contact support within seven days of the transaction.
